The contemporary of Dr Rajakumar (Srinivasamurthy is 20 years young in experience) Srinivasamurthy has got the final nod for the date from Sri Lakshmivara Thirtha Swamiji of Paryaya Shiroor Math in Udupi for staging ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’ three hours stage play. In the presence of nearly 20000 audiences in Udupi the play of three hours will be performed on 6th of October, 2011. That is the Vijayadashami Day. I want to really have victory by successful presentation says Srinivasamurthy speaking from Bagalkot on Thursday evening.

Srinivasamurthy is currently shooting for ‘Chandya’ in the direction of Om Prakash Rao in Bagalkot.

Sri Lakshmivara Tirtha Swamiji well versed in art and culture has many records to his credit and he is the first pontiff to decorate Lord Krishna on all the 365 days in his regime as Paryaya Swamiji.

One more credit for Sri Lakshmivara Thirtha which is a pride moment of every Kannadiga is staging of play by Srinivasamurthy an actor of over three and half decades experience. Rudramurthy Shastry has penned the dialogues while 12 songs with some of the shlokas are getting ready from Ambarisha Kumar who is specialist in Harmonium and key board.

Veteran Srinivasamurthy will be donning the role of ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’ with other Kannada cinema actors like Ramesh Bhat, MS Umes, Bank Janardhan, Dr Sunder Raj, Mysore Mallesh, Ninasam Ashwath, Asharani, Nischitha Gowda and others. Popular Kannada film actor Naveen Krishna son of Srinivasamurthy and close relative of Tamil super star Rajanikanth will be in the role of Sri Maha Vishnu.

Srinivasamurthy is starting the rehearsal in middle of July and he is using 20 plus artists from Udupi district. On 5th of October morning, evening final rehearsals will be made and on 6th October 2011 at 7 pm the final show of ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’.

I have drama on hand. For the 20 plus artists from Udupi district I have instructed Sripad with necessary script to take care of rehearsals from middle of July this year. Srinivasamurthy is planning to present Vaikunta, Vishnu Chakra in a unique way to give a feel to the audience watching it.
